i normally have all the kids on the weekend....with that task in hand, dinner can be quite difficult. tonight i had to make grilled cheese for the princess, ramen for the boys and chili spaghetti for T. all these people with all their different palates, but it definitely gives me a variety to choose from. i've never made chili before....i really liked it, not sure if T did, but i think next time i can add quadruple the chili powder the recipe calls for.
