I've been craving this for awhile....Margarita had brought it up in her blog the other day and I decided that I was going to get it. As I was eating this article came up that said how to look like a bikini model. I guess that won't be happening anytime soon as I stuff my face with this 1000 plus calories worth of food.

Tonight was UFC 114 Fight Night at T's friend's house. They had a theme for the fight and we made mac and cheese (not from the box), cornbread and ribs. T's ribs are apparently the best thing ever....I think they are good, but I rather eat sushi instead. What a horrible girlfriend huh? By the way, the ribs are pregrilled and presauced in this picture.

SEX AND THE CITY 2 MOVIE TIME!!!!! Engel accompanied me on this "movie date." We went to the gym, ate at Rubios (yum yum fish tacos) and then watched the movie. What a wonderful way to spend a Friday.

Today was a hectic day.....I made dinner for the kids and Nismo and I picked up Byron from the bus stop. It is hard driving with a dog and food in the backseat. Anyways, we went to my dad's and Nismo was trying to go up the stairs, but he didn't make it all the way. He's such a scavenger!

Most of you know that I didn't grow up with pets and I can honestly say that I have never really thought about having a pet besides the lame stinky goldfish. Living with Nismo and having him as my partner in crime throughout the day has definitely made my life less lonely. I never understood how people could treat their dogs like kids, but I guess I was just naive. Nismo is like my kid and T thinks I spoil him, but you do get rewarded with his happiness when you first walk in the door with tons of kisses and excitement. I was eating lunch today and Nismo decided to join me at the table....he didn't eat anything, but he's always there to keep me company and that's why I love him.

I was helping out my friend babysitting my godson and their 3 month old. It was definitely a lot of work, but worth it. The baby was happy and my godson knows so many words now. Crazy how fast kids grow.

Happy Birthday Pops! We went to dinner to celebrate his birthday without Grace and Conrad. I can't believe that its almost the end of May. This year is definitely flying by.

This was definitely a nice lazy day. T and I went to the Asian market and I saw mochi. I bought this the last time I was there, but this time the red bean paste was a disappointment. If T ever gets me a dog, we will be naming her Mochi.

We went bowling again with the kids minus Conrad, because he's in China. Apparently, my family does not have good bowling skills as you can see by the scores so we won't become pro bowlers anytime soon.

I picked up Carlene from school since she was getting out early and we met T for lunch. Lunch with two of my favorite people eating at BJ's. YUM!!!

I went to Carlene's play today and she had a leading role! She was so awesome and I am so proud of her. I learned tonight that I think I am a better parent to humans then to dogs. Long traumatic story happened with Nismo that I wish to not re live or talk about for now but hopefully everything is ok.

Tonight was dinner at T's parent's house.....we were on our way there. It is a horrible picture of me (yes, I have 10 chins), but I figured Nismo and T looked cute to cancel me out.

This is how I spend my mornings.....with Nismo in between my legs. You can't tell from the picture, but he loves cuddling next to me. I think if I ever find a job Nismo will have abandon child syndrome. Until then, I will enjoy my cuddle buddy.

Ok so this is another food post, but we had another buy one get one free thing. We did a lot of eating this weekend and I was able to document more of it with my handy point and shoot. T had this shirt that he wanted me to get a picture of so you can see that in the picture.

I've been craving boba tea this whole week, but every time we were going to go after dinner we were just too full. Today we finally made the trip to this place that I have never been to before. I was very satisfied. I decided on the lychee green tea and T got the coconut milk. He liked mine better of course...because I always pick the best things!

Tonight was probably what I call a date night....T was emailed a coupon for buy one get one free at Texas de Brazil. I've never been to a place like that and I was amazed at all the meat. You definitely need to be a meat eater. It was soooooooo good that I do want to go back again. My favorite was the filet mignon wrapped in bacon. The filet just melted in your mouth like butter. At 45 bucks a person, it is best to go when you have a coupon, because then I think it is totally worth it.

My grandma, aunt and cousin are in town since they are going to China and HK with my Aunt G and brother. We went to dinner at a Chinese restaurant of course in celebration of my pop's birthday since they will not be here for it. Good eats! I love how my sister has teeth missing still...so cute!

WOW! What is this?! YAY! A new camera! T bought the point and shoot that I wanted after 5 months of whining that I didn't have a decent point and shoot. He says it is for him, but he knows that I will be the only one who uses it. Sorry boyfriend, the camera is now mine....officially and unofficially.

I'm not sure if anyone knows that I have this love for Popeye's Mashed Potatoes, but I do. Whenever I'm not feeling well I make a stop to get some potatoes. Once again my tummy hurts....nothing new there...and T mentioned Popeye's. Nismo and I made a trip down there in the wind and it was yummy as usual.

Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers out there! We went out for lunch in celebration of my Aunt. I forgot to take more pictures. This one is a good picture, because all the boys are smiling and Aaron's eyes are closed on purpose. SIGH! Gotta love them kids.

I've been friends with Melissa and Christel since the 7th grade. We all met up for lunch today at Panera. We have a new addition to our group, Melissa's son, Clive. He's definitely a keeper and a cutie!

My mom used to make this for us when we were kids...some polka kielbasa and rice. I went to Costco today and I really wanted Port of Subs, but I decided to come home and make this instead. It was delicious of course and I saved myself 5 bucks!

Race for the Cure Day! This was my very first time running a 5k...or rather 3.1 miles out on the street. I think for my first time I did a great job....35:26.....unofficially...I think officially it might even be shorter! I wanted to give up at mile 2 but I am my mom's daughter.
