Anyone want some Nutter Butters? We went to Smith's for a late night stop and I saw these on the way out. I just found out that T doesn't really enjoy going to the grocery store with me, because I take too long. HMPH!

I spent some time with the boys today...meaning we had lunch. Aaron and Byron were sleeping when I came over so I had to wake them up to see what they wanted to eat. They decided on the Colonel. I ordered this family feast deal and it came with a big jug of soda. Luckily all 3 of the boys were able to share the soda, because it was that big!

I needed a jewelry organizer for my "fake" accessories and I found this on Amazon.com. It is amazing and the best part about it was that I was sent two of them.

I had to drop off my car, because the instrument cluster is broken. Who would have ever thought that to replace this piece would cost 700 dollars?! We are in recession people!

T's friend, Chris, had his birthday shebang at Lake Mead. My first time there ever...and it made me miss the Tahoe days with my Reno gals. Tahoe is way nicer, but what do you expect from a man made lake like Lake Mead? Anyhow, it was fun but too hot to be out in the sun for more than 6 plus hours.

We made it just in time for Happy Hour at PT's. T loves this game....and is pretty much addicted to it and trying to get me addicted as well.

I took the kids swimming at my friend's community pool. It was nice and quiet except for the construction going on. I think overall the kids had a good time so that's all that matters.

This week, the boys wanted to try the ramen place for which I received the ROTD for on Yelp.com. I don't think they were as impressed as I was and they all said they rather have pho next time. I made Carlene a grilled cheese before we went, because I knew she wouldn't enjoy it.

Since we had gone to Claim Jumpers on Sunday, I was finishing up my leftovers and these cheese potato cakes are my favorite! I love anything potatoes and cheese!

Nismo can finally get back on the chair...although I'm not sure if it's a "really" good thing, but it means he's recovering. YAY!

Its been three long and quick years since my mom has been gone. We went to Claim Jumpers in remembrance of this day and we still miss and love her.

I was bring laundry downstairs and I decided to bring Nismo down in the hamper with me. I was laughing the whole time, but I don't think he enjoyed the ride at all. In other news, we are painting my room a light purple. We decided to paint one room at a time....so we will see how long this project takes us to finish.

Carlene and I had some "sister time" together. I took her out to the Cheesecake Factory and we had a grand old time together. I should spend more one on one time with her since she's getting so big.  I'm sure in the near future, she will be too cool to hang out with her sister.

I love COOKIES! T had a craving for cookies over the weekend and I went to Smith's today and bought some. They are soft in the middle and crunchy on the outside....just the way I like it!

Happy Birthday Mom! In remembrance of this day, we ordered food from the Olive Garden. We had to take Nismo to the vet yesterday since he's been having seizures, but he was happy to pose with the Olive Garden bag...now that's a trooper!

After last weekend events, we decided to catch up on errands and have a calm weekend. We went to the Korean Market just for these awesome noodles. I think I'm addicted to them....so delicious and at 4.50 for 2 pounds it's a win!

I took the kids out to lunch and to miniature golfing. Apparently, I had some miscommunication with my sister and she was a lil upset that we went to Japanese food instead of "Ping Gao Bees" (what Conrad called it). I owe Carlene a lunch at Applebees and Conrad won in miniature golf.

I downloaded a trial version of Adobe Photoshop and I was playing around with it today. There's a lot to learn and I'm not sure if I have the dedication to learn all these tricks that the program offers.

We went to T's favorite mall today in search for new work shoes for him. As you can tell, he left with his hands full....and me, I was a good girl.

Happy 4th of July!!!! We ended up watching the fireworks at the Red Rock and I think I captured some good pictures. Some kid was blocking my view in the middle and it ruined a lot of the good pictures. Enjoy!

T hosted UFC night at his place tonight and he had a BBQ also. I bought sparklers for the kiddos when they come and Miguel took a picture of me with my sparkler (which I don't think is really that safe anymore).

I guess you would say we had a date night tonight. We went to sushi and rented a movie. I know that most people have date night once a week or a couple times a week to "reconnect," but I think for the most part we have been connecting....over food!
